Key Fob Renewal Information
Members who purchased their key fobs in September of last year have until September 30, 2010 to renew. Forms for renewal may be obtained on the city web site: www.ci.royal-oak.mi.us
Look under RECENT NEWS and you will find all of the information. You will need to fill out the form, send a copy of your dog's shot record and pay the fee.
Fees will be $40 for residents and $65 or non-residents. You may do this by mail or by going to the city clerk's office. The city clerk's office is closed on Fridays.
For those who purchased your key fobs after the initial rush, you will still need to renew before your purchase date.
Immunizations
The city has reminded us that as your dog's immunizations expire, you need to present proof of your new immunizations records. The city will be disabling passes of those members whose immunizations expire! There are 4 ways to get your new records to the city clerk's office.
1. In-person : Go to the City Clerk's office at 1st floor City Hall, 211 S. Williams St., Royal Oak MI 48067
2. Email : Send a copy of your records to doglicensing@ci.royal-oak.mi.us. Be sure to folllow up with a phone call to confirm receipt. The city clerk's phone number is 248-246-3050.
3. Mail : Send to the address listed above
4. Fax : Send your paperwork via fax to 248-246-3001. Be sure to follow up with a phone call to ensure the paperwork was received. The city clerk's phone number is 248-246-3050.
Park Passes
As of Tuesday, September 8th, the park will only be open to people with passes. All questions regarding the application process and passes should be directed to the City of Royal Oak.

Lost Passes
If you find a lost pass/key fob at the park, please don't put it on the front gate. Send it to the city clerk's office and they can get in contact with the owner.
